Enhanced Disclosure Certificate
For your total peace of mind, I have an Enhanced Disclosure Certificate. This security check is by the Criminal Records Bureau and is designed for any one who would be working with children or vulnerable adults.

National Identification Document
This document shows that there is no information held about me in the police National Computer. This security check was by New Scotland Yard.

House keys
If you are not going to be at home and you have left us in the possession of you house key(s). You can be assured of the safe keeping of your key. All customers keys are kept in a fire proof steel safe and are only labelled with a reference number which can not be matched to your address. (Keys will only be given back to the owner of the house and not neighbours or friends. Sorry if this is a problem)

Alarm Codes
Any alarm codes are encrypted and again are kept separate from any address. Alarm codes will be destroyed at the end of the service.
